Mrs. May [sic] Hunt passed away at noon Monday at her residence on Oregon street, following an illness of several months. She was born in Oregon township June 9, 1885, and has made her home in Oregon for some time. She is survived by her mother, Mrs. Harriet Sites, of Lapeer; a sister, Mrs. Tom Baker, of Lapeer, a sister, Mrs. Nancy Ferns, of Oregon township, and a brother, Clyde Skinner, of Oregon township. Funeral services will be held this Wednesday afternoon at three o’clock at the H.L. Baird funeral home, Rev. A.B. Sutcliffe officiating. Interment will be in the Oregon cemetery.
