Somerville—J. Edgar Gulick, 64, retired farmer, died today (Mar. 12, 1942) in Somerset Hospital following a long illness. He resided at 51 Cornell Blvd., Raritan.
Born in Millstone, Sept. 19, 1877, Mr. Gulick was the son of the late Abram V. and Margaret Hageman Gulick. He was a member of Hiawatha Council 110, Jr. OUAM in East Millstone, and of the Third Reformed Church in Raritan.
Mrs. Margaret Ann Gulick, 83, died at the home of her son, J. Edgar Gulick, in Frelinghuysen avenue, Saturday morning from ailments incident to her advanced age. In addition to the son with whom she made her home, Mr. [sic] Gulick is survived by a son, Cornelius, of Belle Mead. The deceased was the widow of Abram Gulick, who died in 1927. She was born in the vicinity of Hacklebarney was the daughter of Jeremiah and Elizabeth Rarick [sic] Hageman. Funeral services will be held Tuesday afternoon at 2:30 o’clock and will be conducted by the Rev. H.K. Hotaling, pastor of the Millstone Reformed Church. Burial will be in the new cemetery at Somerville.
