Mr. and Mrs. John P. Rorick were honored Sunday afternoon when many of their friends and relatives called to extend congratulations on their 25th wedding anniversary in their attractive country home, where they have spent their entire married life. Refreshments were served from a table covered with a white linen cloth, with a centerpiece of orchid and white carnations, and white candles in silver holders.
Miss Carol Veders of Belleville and Miss Janice Heard of Wayne had charge of the many gifts. Miss Margaret Rorich [sic] registered the 100 guests. Mrs. Lee Spielman, sister of Mrs. Rorich [sic], cut and served the tiered cake baked by Mrs. Harold Wolf. Mrs. Mazel Farquhar, Mrs. Rorick’s mother, poured.
Hosts for the occasion were their children, Mr. and Mrs. Bob (Jeanne) Laser of Waldron and Margaret Ann and John at home. They have three grandsons, Bartly, Bradly and Bently Laser.
