Died Unexpectedly Sunday Morning
Services were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Ackland Funeral Home for Gerald S. Bryant, 52, who died unexpectedly early Sunday morning.
Mr. Bryant had moved to this community about 24 years ago and has been a well known livestock dealer for a number of years.
He was a member of the Morenci Aerie of the F.O.E., the Coldwater Elks, the F. Russell Green Post American Legon, the Morenci Service Club and the Morenci Improvement Association.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his twin brothers.
He is survived by his wife Ethelyn, two sons, Frank and Richard, a daughter, Mrs. Cosper Rorick, Jr., two sisters, Mary Bryant of Detroit, Mrs. Marsha Gordon [sic] of Detroit, and three grandchildren.
Burial was in Oak Grove Cemetery. Rev. Wad Klopp officiated.
Pallbearers were Dr. G.H. Gerlach, Mart Swaney, Dorman Jurden, Elwin Knapp, Earl Reppert and Darwood DeMerritt.
