Mrs. J.O. Walling, of Vachel lane, is seriously ill. Mrs. Walling was playing with Walling’s orchestra at the Columbia Theater on Saturday evening and was taken ill between the acts. She recovered and with unusual sangfroid continued playing until the fall of the curtain, when she told her husband that she was ill.
She was hurried home and physicians summoned. Her condition is considered precarious today.
