Maria Beard Association of M.E. Church Gets Title.
Deeds were recorded yesterday of the transfer by W.A. Barr to Jesse W. Walling and by Jesse W. Walling to the Maria Beard association of the Methodist Episcopal church of lots 18, 19 and 20, block 151, Lidgerwood Park. The consideration in the first is given as $10,000. The association has had possession for several years, the lots being the site of the old people’s home.
