L.V. Track Walker Was Frozen To Death

Joseph Hardenstine, aged 59 years, employed as a track walker on the Lehigh Valley Railroad, was found dead along the railroad track near Allen’s tanks, half a mile below Wysox. It is believed he suffered an attack of heart failure that rendered him helpless that he froze to death. He had long been a sufferer from heart trouble. His wife, three daughters and two sons survive.
