Earl E. Patton

MT. PLEASANT, Sept. 13 – Funeral services for Earl E. Patton, who died September 8 at the hospital in Petoskey following an illness of several weeks, were held from the Stinson funeral home Wednesday afternoon at 2 o’clock. Mr. Patton was employed by the Sohio Oil company. He was born July 11, 1890 in Shelbyville, Ill., and had been a resident of this city two years. He was a member of the Moose lodge.

Surviving are the widow, Edith; a daughter, Edith Colonus of Clare; the father, E.H. Patton, and brothers, Homer M. of Oxford and Lloyd, Longwood, Miss. Rev. John Vincer officiated with burial in Riverside cemetery.
