Miss June Geraldine Ayres and Paul Quincy Dodds were united in marriage this morning at 11 o’clock at the parsonage of the Ninth Street Christian church, Rev. R.E. Edwards officiating. The usual ring ceremony was used and the attendants were Mr. and Mrs. Guy Gunkle, the latter being a sister of the bride. Mrs. Dodds was attractive in a suit of midnight blue and a hat to match. After the ceremony the couple for Gary, where they will reside, Mr. Dodds being employed in the steel mills there. The bride has always lived in Logansport and has many friends among the young people and is a very fine vocalist, having been a member of the choir of the Ninth Street Christian church for several year, and her departure to another city is much regretted by her many friends.
