A gentleman from New York, named McKay, recently paid $400 for the privilege of purchasing, within a year, the property of Samuel R. Losey, situated between Franklin and Ogdensburgh, N.J., for $20,000, also for $315.50 he has secured the privilege of purchasing within the same time five-eighths of the Garret Kimble [sic] property near Ogdensburgh for $15,625. Both properties are supposed to contain mineral deposits of a very valuable nature.
