MIDDLEBUSH, April 28.—Mrs. Annie C. Gulick, 72, of Hamilton road was found dead in the basement of her home Saturday. She had hanged herself with a clothesline. Dr. Edgar Flint, Somerset county physician, listed the death as a suicide and said the woman had suffered from melancholia.
The widow of Cornelius Gulick, Mrs. Gulick is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Irving Stewart of Millstone; a grandson; and a sister, Mrs. Henry Ruppert of East Millstone.
A resident of this place 15 years, she was a member of the Progressive American Council, Sons and Daughters of Liberty of Hopewell and Hillsborough Reformed Church
Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. in Sutphen Funeral Home, 69 Mountain avenue, Somerville. The Rev. Henry Hotaling will officiate and interment will be in Highland Cemetery, Hopewell.
