Death Has Claimed Mrs. Rochelle

Following a long illness, Mrs. Nancy Rochelle, 59 years old, died at Fort Hamilton hospital yesterday morning at 1:20 o’clock. Mrs. Rochelle was born in Clinton county, but lived most of her life in Hamilton.

She is survived by the widower, John, who at one time operated an insurance office on Heaton street; two brothers, Perry and William Smith, of Clinton county; one sister, Mrs. Susie Bogen, of Harveysburg, Ohio; and one grandchild, Helen D. Rochelle. She was a member of the Mooseheart Legion and of the Foresters.

Mrs. Rochelle, who is well known in Hamilton, and who has many friends in every part of the Miami Valley, was taken to the hospital last Friday, after eight years of failing health.

Funeral services will be held from the home, 877 Central avenue, Wednesday afternoon at 2 o’clock. Burial will be made in Greenwood cemetery, Rev. John S. Brinkman, of First Baptist church, officiating. Friends may call after 2 o’clock Tuesday afternoon.
