REDDING, Calif., Sept. 27.—(U.P.)—A husband living in the same house with her but not speaking for a year and a half appealed to Mrs. Tillie Kemble, of Whiskeytown, as sufficient grounds for divorce. On the charge, she was given an interlocutory decree of divorce from her husband, John R. Kemble, in superior court here.
